General tips in case of problems with the browser

  1. If you choose to take your interview from a computer, please use only one of the following browsers : Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox or Opera;
  2. Make sure you are using the latest version of your browser;
  3. If you are using Chrome and your webcam is not working well, please check your clicked “Allow” in the authorisation bar at the top of your screen;
  4. Clear your browser’s cache;
  5. Clear your browser’s cookies;
  6. Try another browser;
  7. Make sure your firewall is not too restrictive;
  8. Make sure your connection is stable. Rather use a wired connection than a wireless connection;
  9. Restart your modem and router if necessary.
